The ETR 314/320 boasts strong performance -moving more pallets per hour than any other truck in its class. With a space-saving design, ergonomic operator's cab and reliable motors, the ETR combines high performance with low operating costs: ETR 320 for single-deep and ETR 314 for double-deep stacking. The key advantages: Higher performance figures due to Jungheinrich's proprietary 3-phase AC technology. AC motors require no carbon brushes, which eliminates the cost of replacements, reduces the need for servicing, and allows for longer operating times. Greater productivity is also achieved through a space-saving design.
Operators are more relaxed and motivated largely due to the ergonomic cab that minimizes operator fatigue. From the low step height, to the naturally positioned steering wheel and logically laid-out joystick, the operator benefits from the excellent design.

They will work just as hard in the last hour of their shift as they did in the first. The clear operator display shows the standard operating data. In addition, it allows operators to individually select the driving program of their choice, depending on their skill level or the job at hand. Space-saving construction, excellent performance and a comfortable working area - these are the strengths of the Jungheinrich Reach Trucks ETV 110 to 116. The truck also has the following advantages: Space-saving through narrow working aisle widths from 105 inches. With its slim support arms, the ETV 110/112 can pull a Euro pallet back between the support arms - despite its compact chassis of only 44 inches. This creates more room during operation with oncoming traffic in block stacking aisles or in drive-in racking.
Higher throughput - as well as reduced downtime - due to 3-phase AC technology on drive, lift and steer motors. Motivated and stress-free operators due to superior ergonomics. The advantages: Space-saving through narrow working aisle widths from 106 inches or 8.8 feet. Constant use of 3-phase AC technology results in higher efficiency and reduction of service requirements. The operator feels the benefit of the state-of-the-art ergonomics from the start: from the lowered entry height to the 5-fold adjustable comfort seat, the adjustable armrest, the MULTI PILOT control lever and the vertically/horizontally adjustable steering wheel.
 All operational and safety-relevant data can be called up and various travel programs selected or adjusted, with the display/operating instruments arranged in front of the operator. Apart from excellent performance, the Jungheinrich reach trucks impress with their high economic efficiency. The reach trucks with SE tires are used wherever vehicles are loaded and off-loaded and where pallets are to be stored in narrow warehouse aisles.

Operator Compartment: The generous workplace affords the driver a comfortable body posture and effective spinal support during travel in each main direction.
Seat: The standard cushioning reduces stress through shocks and vibrations. Adjustable to weights from 110 to 287 lbs.

Hydraulic Lever SOLO-PILOT: A valve lever for the hydraulic main functions lifting/lowering, direction of travel, fork side-shifting (optional) and horn. Mast reach and mast tilt are operated by separate levers arranged alongside.
Drive: Powerful 3-phase AC motor with high overload capacity, with 6.0 kW (60 min rating) capacity. With the battery unlocked, only reduced travel speed is possible for safety reasons.
Battery: 48 Volt 420 Ah to 700 Ah. Should the battery become displaced, travel speed is reduced for safety reasons.

Jungheinrich multi-directional reach trucks are ideally suited wherever long loads are transported sideways, in confined spaces or in narrow aisles and where heavy loads are lifted to high lift heights. Apart from excellent rated capacity, the Jungheinrich ETV Q20/Q25 is highly economical.

Driver compartment: The ergonomic design of the operator compartment ensures a comfortable driving position taking the strain off the driver's back. Excellent all-round visibility and low noise levels also contribute to a high degree of driver comfort.
Seat: The fully adjustable seat provides improved visibility towards the load at high lift heights. Hydraulic cushioning absorbs the effects of shocks and vibrations.
Pedals: Automotive type arrangement.
Display and operating unit: Drive profile, drive modes, steering modes, drive direction, warning lights, fault messages, state of battery charge, operating hours and drive speed are displayed on a TFT* color display. In service mode, parameters are adjustable via an alphanumerical keyboard. Values for diagnosis and fault logbook are displayed. Height selection, radio data transmission and video camera can also be operated via the display and operating unit. Access authorization via PIN code is adjustable. Individual menus and types of steering operation can be selected via soft buttons.
Steering: All-wheel steering is achieved via electronically controlled steering motors. Seven types of steering operation - normal travel, modified normal travel, transverse travel, diagonal travel left and right, parallel travel and on the spot rotation - are selectable via soft buttons shown on the display. The travel direction is shown in a full circle by a moving arrowhead. Steering angles of 180º and 360º are selectable via switch.
Hydraulic lever MULTI-PILOT: A single lever for lifting, lowering, reaching, tilting, side-shifting and travel
direction permits exceptionally fast stacking and retrieval without changing controls. Dual operation of two functions is also possible.
Drive: Powerful 3-phase Jungheinrich proprietary AC motor with 6.0 kW (60 min) performance.
Steering Drives: Three 3-phase Jungheinrich proprietary AC motors with 0.9 kW (20%) performance.
Drive and Hydraulic control: 3-phase Jungheinrich proprietary AC drive and hydraulic control as standard. Power transistors with high frequencies provide energy-saving and quiet control of the motors. The drive control ensures a smooth and step-less start and strong acceleration. Adjustable coasting when releasing the drive pedal. Energy reclamation during lowering of forks increases battery operating times. A crawl-speed function is optional.
Brake: Three independent braking systems as standard: 1. Regenerative braking by releasing the drive pedal or selecting the reverse direction. 2. Foot-operated hydraulic drive and load wheel brake. 3. Electric parking brake operated via switch. The emergency stop acts electro-hydraulically on the load wheels and electro-mechanically on the drive wheel.
Hydraulics: Powerful 3-phase Jungheinrich proprietary AC motor with 16.1 hp (15 %) performance with smooth quiet running internal geared wheel pump. Electric proportional technology ensures quiet and sensitive operation of the hydraulic functions. Multi operation during lifting and lowering reduces stacking and retrieval times.
Panorama Mast: The mast provides excellent visibility towards forks, load and outriggers. Cold-rolled profiles provide high surface rigidity and allow high capacities. 2-stage and 3-stage masts are available. Standard lift heights up to 332 inches. The patented mast-reach cushioning permits fast stacking and retrieval.
